The tenant you already run. The jobs Niche books.
Connect a ServiceTitan tenant per business. Niche syncs customers and job history, builds campaign audiences from that data, checks capacity before outreach, and books jobs from a workflow or from the phone agent.
What syncs, and when
No CSVs. No nightly cron.
Live, bidirectional, idempotent. Niche reads what it needs from ServiceTitan and writes back at the right moment in the conversation.
- Customers, locations, contact methods In Sync
- Jobs, appointments, job types, business units In Sync
- Memberships, equipment, estimates, invoices, tags In Sync
- Telecom opt-outs In Sync
- Arrival windows In When booking
- Jobs, notes, and existing tags Out Workflow or phone agent
What it actually does
Five things only happen when Niche talks to ServiceTitan.
Audiences from the tenant
Filter contacts by job, business unit, job type, status, sold estimates, membership, installed equipment, invoice, or geography. A contact who leaves that scope drops out, and a campaign run already in progress ends. Each job enrolls once.
Capacity before the first message
A workflow can check cached ServiceTitan capacity before customer outreach, and fetch live arrival windows when someone is ready to book.
Book a job on the call
The phone agent books only the job types and business units you allow, after capacity settings and API access are validated. Booked jobs are attributed to the tenant's default marketing campaign, or to the campaign you pick when there isn't one.
Jobs from the workflow
Create a job with an appointment, update selected fields, append a note, or add and remove tag types that already exist in ServiceTitan. Other tags on the job stay put.
Campaigns with a starting point
Four guided campaigns ship with the connection: aging equipment replacement, presented or unsold estimate recovery, inactive membership win-back, and invoice SKU service reminders.
Setup
Connect it. 4 steps.
-
Step 01
Connect the business
An organization administrator opens that business in the App Marketplace and enters the tenant ID, client ID, and client secret. Credentials and the app key have to belong to the same environment, integration or production.
-
Step 02
Set the business unit scope
When two locations share a tenant, choose which business units this location owns. Until that scope is set, shared-tenant customers stay out of the business.
-
Step 03
Validate capacity
Booking stays off until capacity settings are validated and access to capacity, job types, business units, jobs, campaigns, customers, and locations checks out.
-
Step 04
Build the list or the graph
Start from a guided campaign, or drop Get ServiceTitan Availability and Create ServiceTitan Job onto a workflow.
Popular with
Shops on ServiceTitan that run on Niche.
-
HVAC
Niche answers the 2 AM no-heat call, qualifies the system + age + brand, and dispatches the on-call tech — before the homeowner dials the next HVAC company in their browser.
-
Plumbing
Burst pipe, backed-up drain, water heater out — the first plumber to answer wins. Niche picks up in under a second, qualifies severity, and dispatches a tech before the homeowner has called anyone else.
-
Electrical
You're in someone's basement until 7 PM. The next homeowner can't reach you — they call the next electrician. Niche answers, qualifies the project (panel upgrade vs. outlet add), and books the estimate without you reaching for your phone.
FAQ
Questions people on ServiceTitan ask.
-
Can the phone agent book a ServiceTitan job during the call?
Yes, after the connection is validated. You choose the job types and business units the agent may book. The job is attributed to your default ServiceTitan marketing campaign, or to one you select when the tenant has no default.
-
What if two businesses share one ServiceTitan tenant?
Set a business unit scope on each location. Niche uses that scope for sync, audiences, and campaign enrollment.
-
Who can connect or change credentials?
An organization administrator, per business. The stored client secret is not shown again on the page.
-
What happens when someone no longer matches the audience?
They leave the list. If a campaign run is already waiting on them, that run ends. A job that already enrolled does not enroll again.
-
Can a workflow write back to an existing job?
Yes. Update the fields you enable, append a note, or add and remove tag types that already exist in ServiceTitan. The tag step does not create new tag types, and it does not change Niche contact tags.
